We're delighted to have our first video live on the Castleist Youtube Channel. Our first video was created by Tramuntana Living – the agent representing this majestic castle for sale on the island of Mallorca, Spain.
The opportunity to purchase a castle such this in Mallorca is rare indeed and, particularly because it's a blank canvas internally, it offers so much potential for prospective buyers. Current plans are in place to create an exceptional 14 bedroom residence with private vineyard although we're sure that, being situated just 8kms from the island's capital Palma, the castle has commercial potential.

Once the current difficulties with international (and even national) travel have subsided, we'll also be creating our own tours of some of these castles for sale to help both buyers and agents. In the meantime, travel restrictions mean that good quality video footage – even if not created professionally with drones etc like Tramuntana Living's – are the perfect way to connect with buyers unable to visit the property in person.
