Castle of significant historic interest in Umbria, not far from Passignano sul Trasimeno. In ancient times the estate was a castle with a watchtower and surrounded by fortified walls.

Now thanks to an important renovation the ancient tower and two buildings at the foot of the tower have been rescued. Part of the fortress and the walls are still there. The position is of course dominant and extremely panoramic and surrounded by the green Umbrian landscape. The tower is square shaped and with acute arch openings and it develops on six levels. On the top floor a very bright 70 sqm room with glass windows and a panoramic view. The central part of the roof is in glass and illuminates also the lower floors underneath. The two buildings next to the tower both develops on two levels. Terracotta floors, antique fireplaces, ceilings with visible wooden beams characterize the indoor spaces that still can be personalized.

A project for the building of a pool in the garden has already been approved. Passiganano is one of the most beautiful towns around the Trasimeno lake and not far from important towns and places of interest like Perugia, Cortona, Assisi, Gubbio and Arezzo.
